Cancellation & Attendance Policy
Studio Attendance
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class time.
If you have not arrived 3 minutes before the class starts, your space will be opened to drop-ins and waitlist.
If you arrive after the start time, you will be refused entry. Sorry to be so strict! But as a small business, often our teachers are doing reception for their class, and it is unfair on other students for them to repeatedly stop classes to let late-comers in.
Studio Classes
Cancellations: in-person classes can be cancelled up to 4‐hours before the start time and will be credited back to your Ánimo account.
Late cancellations/no-shows: these will not be credited or refunded. For unlimited members, fees will apply. £5 for a late cancellation / £10 for a no-show.
Online Classes
Cancellations: you can cancel at any time.
Workshops
Cancellations: workshops can be cancelled up to 2 days before the start time and will be credited back to your Ánimo account.
Late cancellations/no-shows: these will not be credited or refunded.
You can transfer your Workshop booking to another person at no extra charge.
Courses
Cancellations: workshops can be cancelled up to 2 days before the start-time and will be credited back to your Ánimo account.
Late cancellations/no-shows: these will not be credited or refunded.
You can transfer your Course booking to another person at no extra charge.
Private classes
We have a strict 48‐hour cancellation policy for all private classes. If you do not cancel before this window, you will be charged the full fee.
Terms and Conditions
Classes
Our classes are non‐refundable, non‐transferable to others and can have strict expiration dates and cancellation windows.
Credit Bundles
Bundles are non‐refundable and non‐transferable to other people.
Bundles have a 3‐month expiry date from date-of-purchase.
Pregnancy & Postnatal Bundles are only valid for Pregnancy & Postnatal specific classes.
Contracts
Our Unlimited Memberships have a minimum 3‐month or 6-month contract. Please check the details of the one you are purchasing.
After the initial minimum period, memberships will auto‐renew and can be cancelled at any time, giving 1 months’ written (emailed) notice.
Unlimited memberships do not include Workshops, Courses or other events.
Introductory offers
Introductory offers are valid ONCE per person and are valid from date of purchase – they cannot be extended, combined or transferred to another person.
Promotions and discounts
Promotions cannot be combined or backdated.
Bookings
You must book in advance – we are unable to exceed the studio capacity for any reason.
You must book your class in advance online.
You may cancel a pre‐booked class up to 4‐hours before the start time. Please see our Cancellation Policy.
